RETURNS POLICY

At present we DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or cancellation unless received a faulty item.

*loose threads, beads/button and laces or slight give and take in sizes is not seen as a fault.

Please read all details attached regarding fabric, size carefully before ordering.

Upon receiving a faulty item please contact us within 24 hrs with details of defect and your order number.

Once return is agreed, returnable items need to be sent back in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please Make sure order details are added in return package. Buyer pays return postage.

Refunds will be issued on order within 7 working days after receiving back goods in a satisfactory condition. Refunds will be made on item price minus any postage and packing costs.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by incorrect methods of washing and handling of products.
