Iram’s Couture ships internationally.

All parcels under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail.

Heavier parcels will be sent trough courier service like Hermes or ParcelForce.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatch the following Monday, or next working day following a UK Bank Holiday.

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order with in 7 working days please contact us for proof of postage/tracking.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify and we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

Please note: Import duty and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside the UK. Custom policies differ from country to country. Please note Iram’s Couture does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
